Purpose

This is the corporate website of MobilitySAP. It exists to describe the SAP mobility consultancy services the company provides. No sales or contracting take place through it.

What we collect

The only collection point is the contact form: name, work email address and the text of your message. We collect no special category data and build no profiles.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We process this data for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, continuing the commercial conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as the relationship or commercial interest lasts, and afterwards for the period legally required to address possible liabilities. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not pass data to third parties and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area. Messages are delivered by the hosting provider’s mail server, acting as data processor.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person. To do so, Cloudflare processes technical data about the connection. See their privacy policy for detail.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address in this notice. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner. Typography is served from Google Fonts and form verification from Cloudflare: both receive your IP address as part of the request, which is inherent to any resource served by a third party.
